Tito and Rebbie to tour Michael Jackson tribute show
Written by admin on September 6, 2011 – 1:23 pm -Michael Jackson’s brother Tito and sister Rebbie will be touring the UK next March with a tribute show titled “A Jackson Named Michael: Remembering A Legend.” Deniece Williams will also perform on the show, which was put together with the help of family friend David Gest.
In a statement about the show, Gest said:
| “The majority of the show will be reminiscences and stories about Michael that the public has never heard. I will also unveil a treasure trove of film clips that were not included in my upcoming film. I have more than five hours of unseen footage and 30 minutes of rare Katherine Jackson footage of her reminiscing about Michael growing up in Gary as well as stories about all her kids.” |

This will be a low key affair compared to next month’s “Michael Forever” concert at Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium. The October 8 tribute show will feature performances from Smokey Robinson, Beyonce, Christina Aguilera, the Jackson Brothers, Gladys Knight ande many more.

David Gest’s documentary “Michael Jackson: The life of an icon” will be released on DVD/Blu-ray on October 31 in the UK and November 1 in the US/Canada.
