“Springsteen & I” theatrical screenings
Written by admin on July 16, 2013 – 5:51 pm -“Springsteen & I” will debut in movie theatres around the world on July 22, 2013.
Described as “the ultimate collective filmmaking experience,” the movie documents the life and career of Bruce Springsteen through the eyes of his fans. The video submissions were gathered last year when producers put out a call for fans to send them “a wide variety of creative interpretations, captured in the most visually exciting way you can think of”.
The movie is directed by Baillie Walsh, who is best known for “Flashbacks of a Fool” (2008) starring Daniel Craig.
Executive producer, Ridley Scott, says:
“This beautifully crafted film allows us a unique and powerful insight into the relationship between a recording artists and the impact he has on those who connect so profoundly with his music”.
