Paul McCartney to play BBC Radio 2 gig
Written by admin on October 2, 2013 – 7:31 pm -Paul McCartney will perform an intimate concert for BBC Radio 2 on 16 October. The concert will be recorded at the BBC’s Maida Vale Studios in London at 1pm and will be broadcast that evening at 8pm. It will also be available on the BBC Radio 2 website for seven days.
Television viewers will be able to catch video highlights of the gig via the BBC Red Button from Friday, 7 November.
The BBC are offering 70 pairs of tickets for the show in a giveaway that runs until 6pm tomorrow (Thursday, 3 October), so head over to the BBC Radio 2 website if you wish to enter the draw.
McCartney will do his first ever live Twitter Q&A tomorrow from 2.40pm UK time. Fans can send in questions via Twitter using the hashtag #askMacca.
