Ladbrokes have suspended betting on Fleetwood Mac headlining Glastonbury 2014, having previously offered odds of 1/4.

The band are currently on a tour of Europe, which kicked off on September 20 in Dublin and will close in Amsterdam on October 26.

Glastonbury organiser, Michael Eavis, announced earlier this year that he already had the three Glastonbury headliners for 2014 in place. If Ladbrokes’ odds are to be believed, Daft Punk (6/4) and Depeche Mode (6/4) are likely to be named as headliners. David Bowie (3/1) might also be worth a bet.

A Los Angeles jury has found AEG Live concert promoters not guilty of negligence in hiring the doctor who killed him. The Jackson family had been seeking $290m (£180m) for emotional losses, plus an unspecified amount for economic losses.

Paul McCartney will perform an intimate concert for BBC Radio 2 on 16 October. The concert will be recorded at the BBC’s Maida Vale Studios in London at 1pm and will be broadcast that evening at 8pm. It will also be available on the BBC Radio 2 website for seven days.

Television viewers will be able to catch video highlights of the gig via the BBC Red Button from Friday, 7 November.
