| To mark the late guitarist’s birthday, this month saw the launch of the “Jimi Hendrix – The Complete Experience” app for the iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch. The app provides information on Jimi’s discography, concerts and documentaries. It is also integrated with iTunes so you can play the songs that you already own or purchase those that you don’t. |  |
The app also acts as a GPS, alerting the user when they are near a landmark of significance to Jimi Hendrix.
