Classic Rock Roll of Honour 2012

The ceremony took place at London’s Roundhouse, with Duff McKagan (Guns N’ Roses, Velvet Revolver, Loaded) taking on hosting duties.

“The Pink Floyd Channel” launches on SiriusXM
Written by admin on May 20, 2012 – 7:44 am -Sirius XM Radio is launching “The Pink Floyd Channel,” which will feature music, interviews and historic concert broadcasts from the Pink Floyd archives.
| “The Pink Floyd Channel” will launch on Friday, May 25 at 12:00 pm ET and will run through Monday, May 28 on channel 27. It will also be available on Friday, June 29 through Monday, July 9 on Sirius channel 142 and XM channel 43, and for an extended period from June 29 as a 24/7 channel online on channel 802 and through the SiriusXM Internet Radio App for smartphones and mobile devices. |  |

Roger Waters touring “The Wall” in 2012
Written by admin on November 2, 2011 – 10:57 am -| Roger Waters is returning to North America next May to tour his 30th anniversary production of “The Wall.”
Waters originally toured “The Wall” in 1980 with Pink Floyd and then famously a decade later in Berlin to celebrate the fall of the Berlin Wall. His new state-of-the-art production hit the road last year and has already been performed 120 times to around 1.6 million fans. |
