Happy Birthday to Dion and Martha

Written by admin on July 18, 2010 – 7:00 am -

Two of the great group leaders of the golden era of popular music share a birthday today. Dion DiMucci hits 71 and Martha Reeves hits 69.

Lets enjoy two classic songs from each.

The single was the latest in a string of successes for producer Phil Gernhard, who had turned to Dion to record it after reportedly considering and rejecting around 300 acts.
