Springsteen announces new European tour dates

Bruce Springsteen Wrecking Ball World Tour Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band have announced 17 European dates for the 2013 leg of their Wrecking Ball World Tour.

The Wrecking Ball World Tour has been a triumph so far, with Bruce and the band performing 80 shows in 17 countries, including headlining performances at the UK’s Isle of Wight and Hard Rock Calling festivals.

The following European tour dates have been announced:

  • May 26 – Munich, Germany – Olympiastadion
  • May 28 – Hannover, Germany – AWD Arena
  • May 30 – Naples, Italy – Piazza Plebiscito
  • June 1 – Padova, Italy – Stadio Euganeo
  • June 3 – Milan, Italy – Stadio San Siro
  • June 15 – London, England – Wembley Stadium
  • June 18 – Glasgow, Scotland – Hampden Park
  • June 20 – Coventry, England – Ricoh Arena
  • June 22- Nijmegen, Netherlands – Goffertpark
  • June 29 – Paris, France – Stade de France
  • July 5 – Mönchengladbach, Germany – Borussia-Park
  • July 7 – Leipzig, Germany – Red Bull Arena
  • July 11 – Rome, Italy – Rock in Roma
  • July 13 – Werchter, Belgium – Rock Werchter
  • July 16 – Limerick, Ireland – Thomond Park
  • July 18 – Cork, Ireland – Páirc Uí Chaoimh
  • July 20 – Belfast, Northern Ireland – King’s Hall.

Springsteen is rounding up the 2012 leg of his tour over the next couple of weeks with gigs in Oakland, CA (30 Nov), Anaheim, CA (4 Dec), Glendale, AZ (6 Dec), and Mexico City (10 Dec). He will also join a host of great stars at Madison Square Garden for the Concert for Sandy Relief on December 12. Other acts scheduled to appear include Paul McCartney, The Who, Billy Joel, Jon Bon Jovi, Roger Waters, Alicia Keys, and Kanye West.
