Ray Charles stamp available now
Written by admin on October 9, 2013 – 2:40 pm -The U.S. Postal Service has celebrated the life and work of Ray Charles with the Ray Charles Forever® stamp.
The stamp takes it place alongside the other 2013 Music Icons stamps, including Johnny Cash and Lydia Mendoza.
Concord Music Group has released a special 12-track collection titled “Ray Charles – Forever!” to coincide with the release of the stamp. The album contains remixed and remastered versions of some of Ray’s classic hits and the previously unreleased “They Can’t Take That Away From Me.” There is also a bonus DVD featuring rare live performance footage and interviews.
