Led Zeppelin will release dozens of unreleased live and studio recordings, including a previously unheard song, as part of their upcoming reissue programme.

The song “La La”, recorded during the sessions for “Led Zeppelin II,” will be heard for the first time on the bonus disc accompanying the reissue of that classic album in June.

Led Zeppelin reissues

The reissue programme will cover all nine of Led Zeppelin’s studio albums, commencing with “Led Zeppelin,” “Led Zeppelin II,” and “Led Zeppelin III” on June 3.

Jimmy Page, Led Zeppelin’s guitarist, has remastered each of the band’s albums and gone through the vaults to identify rarities. Commenting on the discoveries, he says:

“The material on the companion discs presents a portal to the time of the recording of Led Zeppelin. It is a selection of work in progress with rough mixes, backing tracks, alternate versions, and new material recorded at the time.”

All of the reissues will be available as single CDs, two-CD deluxe editions, single and deluxe edition vinyl LPs, and digital downloads. There will also be limited edition super deluxe boxed sets featuring the music on CD, vinyl and high-definition download, as well as a book and a high quality print of the album cover.

The bonus disc content for the first three reissues is as follows:
