Lesley Gore dies aged 68
Written by admin on February 17, 2015 – 6:37 am -American singer, Lesley Gore, died on Monday (Feb 16th) aged 68. Her partner, Lois Sasson, confirmed that Gore died at New York University Langone Medical Center in Manhattan after a long battle with lung cancer.

Millie Kirkham, backing singer for Elvis, dies aged 91
Written by admin on December 15, 2014 – 10:06 am -Millie Kirkham, who featured as a backing singer on many classic recordings by artists such as Elvis Presley, Roy Orbison and Jim Reeves, has died aged 91. The singer suffered a stroke last week and had been in intensive care for days before passing away on Sunday (Dec 14th) at a hospital in Nashville.
