New British Invasion DVDs

Today sees the release of a new DVD series that chronicles the artists that formed part of the British Invasion in the 1960s.

The first four volumes deal with:

  • Dusty Springfield – “Once Upon a Time 1964-1969″
  • Small Faces – “All or Nothing 1965-1968″
  • Gerry & the Pacemakers – “It’s Gonna Be All Right 1963-1965″
  • Herman’s Hermits – “Listen People 1964-1969.”

Johnny Maestro dead age 70 Doo wop music lost one of its most beloved voices and ambassadors when Johnny Maestro, lead singer of the Crests and the Brooklyn Bridge, passed away at age 70 on March 24 due to complications from cancer.
